Happy

Happy

Happy is feeling the warm summer sun on your bare shoulder,

Enjoying the splash of water from the pool as you hear the laughter of the children playing

The taste of sugar and cool peach and mango on your lips

Listening to Blink 182, "All the Small Things” as your drive on with the sunroof and windows open, hair blowing in the breeze.

Happiness is hearing the  deep vibrations of the music I create on the instrument cradled under my chin.

Happiness is looking into someone else’s eyes and smiling as they tell you the most unbelievable story,

Too unbelievable to be true.

Happiness is meeting new people who want to share their experiences with you and want to get to know you, want you to get to know them.

Happiness is when you Run, hearing the pounding of your feet on the pavement, Listening to the breeze rustling the leaves on the trees. listening to the rushing stream next to you

Happiness is looking at the Mountain and letting her fill your soul with her Magnificence, the Green that envelops you and cradles you every direction you turn

Happiness is Family

Happiness is Friends

Happiness is appreciating the wonderful You that you are

Happiness is witnessing a world event and seeing an unbelievable free kick, seeing the result of performing under pressure — the whole world watching and waiting— being present for that moment of Insane enthusiasm and glory that explodes on the face and body of the player who made the goal that most of us doubted he could!

Happiness is when you exert yourself physically and put your mind to doing something well, challenging your body in ways in which you are not comfortable, pushing beyond your physical limitations

Happiness is remembering the times when you let it all go and danced your heart out on the dance floor without a care in the world

Happiness is being you and not giving a care in this world about how others perceive you or judge you.

Happiness is about being yourself and enjoying Life in the Moment.
